Thank you. The art of the interview is to ask succinct questions which the interviewee can answer directly and fully. The questions are asked in such a way as to evoke responses that broaden the knowledge, skills or understanding of the audience. The focus should never be on the interviewer or the interviewee, but rather on the reader. Naturally, the interviewer must have a studied command of the questions, and the person being interviewed must have an informed, articulate command of the subject. Ja Jahannes

There is a move in higher education aimed to assure that graduates will have a better understanding of transnational affairs when they leave college. I applaud this effort and can't wait for it to become a mandate. We must do the work to make this happen. A very interesting insight into the world of piracy. Being so far removed from it, I never knew how elaborate these attacks are. What's the solution? Will introducing a stable govt work or just re-distribute the problem? Good article.

i can also parallel the situation to modern day South Africa, where the crime is a major problem that can't be fixed until viable alternatives to crime can be well organized to serve in it's place… sadly enough, but a true reality for some.
