Other than being a breach of a person's human rights, to what end is this new testing? find out a hard working employee has smoked cannabis, fire him/her? what gain is made to society? if you cant tell that a person has used drugs, then there is no reason why they should not be allowed to do their jobs. This is some badly thought out attempt at crushing drug usage, but it is in fact going to exacerbate unemployment and alienate drug users into abuse further.
