One might think that Lindsay Lohan is really going through a hard time with all her crazy incidents…although she was just photographed reading a script while smoking during her house arrest.

The troubled actress is currently under house arrest for a million things. But why is it that she looks so relaxed if she’s under house arrest for…a million things?

After incidents of DUI’s, jail, courts, and possible jewelry theft, it looks like the law has not grabbed Lindsay’s attention yet. Especially since recently there have been mentionings that Lindsay is actually “enjoying” her punishment. She was also doing community service in a morgue and at a women’s shelter where she is apparently helping others out. How long will it take before the court notices that Lindsay is not learning anything from her “supposed” punishment?!

The actress had also been sentenced to jail for four months, but she was released after a few hours with just a misdemeanor on her record. It seems that she could physically murder someone, and “maybe” she’ll get to spend a whole day in jail!

Why does the court continue to let Lindsay off the hook? The girl obviously needs some serious help, and having her peacefully reading a script with a cigarette in her mouth will not get through her little head that she will keep tumbling over a cliff if she doesn’t take care of herself.

Considering that Lindsay’s already famous, she could face any kind of serious punishment and still find a job in acting-that is, if someone will still want her. It just seems slightly odd that just because she’s famous, she gets to read up on her next gig while others would be making friends in prison.

What she truly needs is some rehab and therapy that shouldn’t take place at the center she’s visited before because that obviously didn’t help. In fact, when she got her first DUI and was taken to get help, she had gotten out where she was supposedly getting better. But then about two weeks later, she was arrested again in Santa Monica where her health and career shot down the drain. Everything just continues to get worse and worse for the girl so who knows what her next newsworthy story will be. Although there are actors who have had serious trouble who made it on their feet again. Robert Downey, Jr. had some drug-related issues. And so did Drew Barrymore when she was just a kid.

Maybe the script that Lindsay was reading could be her next big break. But is now really the time for her to focus on her career? Maybe she should put her mind and body in a logical place that can tell her that it’s going to take just a little more time to convince others that she’s truly able to have an audience watch her on the screen rather than hear about her personal life all over the Internet.
