Located in the Lake Region is Lake Wallenpaupack, an expansive manmade lake. Stretching around for 52 miles, Lake Wallenpaupack is an ideal place for families to swim in calm waters and picnic along its shoreline. Aside from the prevalent water activities in the Lake Region, visitors can enjoy hiking through the forest land that surrounds the lake as well.
