Florida MD: “Cardio is Dead”

Posted by: TP Newswire    Tags:  12-Minute Fitness Revolution, belly fat, body fat, burn belly fat, burn body fat, burn calories, burn the fat, Dr. Al Sears, home fitness, lose belly fat, P.A.C.E., PACE Express    Posted date:  December 12, 2011  |  No comment

Leading fitness expert and author, Dr. Al Sears, MD, wants people to get the right message – aerobics and cardio are dead.

“Modern exercise advice has failed you,” warns Dr. Sears. “Enduring hours of drudgery only to increase your risk of disease doesn’t make sense. It isn’t natural and it doesn’t work.”

Instead of following aerobics and cardio routines that reduce lung power, heart strength and actually train your body to produce more fat, Dr. Sears’ reveals his easy-to-follow plan to melt fat fast and keep it off for good.

In just 12 minutes a day, anyone can:

  • Build real heart strength
  • Boost lungpower
  • Renew energy and vigor
  • Burn fat faster, even while resting

It’s all part of P.A.C.E. (Progressively Accelerating Cardiopulmonary Exertion), Dr. Sears’ 12-minute fitness program.

P.A.C.E.’s concept consists of short bursts of intense exercise followed by periods of rest. It’s the only exercise program that retrains your metabolism, burns off body fat, builds lean muscle and strengthen the heart and lungs. It’s more effective than modern “cardio” or long-distance running. The program doesn’t require any high-tech equipment. It works for people of any fitness level.

In his 2006 book P.A.C.E.: Rediscover Your Native Fitness an in his 2010 book P.A.C.E.: The 12-Minute Fitness Revolution, Dr. Sears revealed the dangers of aerobics, “cardio,” and long-distance running.

Now for the first time, everyone can join the P.A.C.E. 12-Minute Fitness Revolution in the comfort of their own homes with Dr. Sears’ new PACE Express DVD fitness program.

“We are extremely excited about the launch of PACE Express. These revolutionary principles will have tremendous impact on how people exercise from now on,” said Dr. Sears.

The PACE Express program comes complete with six DVDs featuring six weeks of workouts (11 different workouts in all) with six 12-minute workouts on each disk. Each workout consists of three four-minute sets of exercises for a total workout time of only 12 minutes. Follow a new disk each week and the results will speak for themselves.

PACE Express is scheduled to broadcast on select television networks for a limited audience only in the month of December. Dates and channels will be released at a later date. For more information about PACE Express visit www.paceexpress.com.
