Lake Arrowhead, CA, U.S.A. – With more than 25 years of talent under his proverbial belt, Rod Jones Artist of Lake Arrowhead, California knows what it takes to create true art. A notable photographer, working with clients across the board from high-fashion campaigns to commercial advertising – Jones traded in his camera for a paintbrush a few years ago.

The creator of a sophisticated style all his own, Receptive Abstract Patternism, is recognized for interpreting inner emotional signals. Jones paints an image in an unorthodox manner, while maintaining a common thread through the comfort of distinct patterns. Each original painting has interconnected elements that speak distinctly to each observer. Rod Jones Artist paintings are interpreted individually by his audience – for example some spark soothing and meditative reflection while others see the same painting as energetic and modern.

An original piece by Jones can be seen nationally on CBS’s hit series “The Good Wife,” which has an estimated viewing audience of more than 13.3 million viewers. Exposing the intimacy of art is important for Jones.

With a fascination for merging colors with distinguishing style, Jones remains uninfluenced by the world around him, he states, “My personal style emulates no one…and I am personally proud of that fact. I try to maintain total originality and avoid any type of influences.” Jones delivers a breath of fresh air in the art world.

The viewer often interprets a scene from nature or as some collectors have experienced deja vu from another time or place. Titling of the paintings often evolve sometimes weeks or months later. The growing popularity of these unique pieces continue to prove Rod Jones Artist is a collectable and timeless artist. Collectors, museums, galleries, set directors and even artists are taking notice, worldwide.
