Boca Raton, U.S.A. – Campus Management Corp., a leading provider of enterprise software products and services for educational institutions, announced on July 23 that CollegeAmerica Services, Inc. and its affiliated colleges have selected Campus Management as its enterprise software provider. Solutions from the CampusVue Ecosystem include CampusVue Student administrative system, CampusVue Portal and CampusVue Performance Analytics, and Talisma CRM.

Campus Management’s student information system platform will serve more than 10,000 students enrolled at CollegeAmerica’s affiliate colleges, including Stevens-Henager, CollegeAmerica, California College San Diego and Independence University. The products will replace the institutions’ legacy system, unifying its campuses and online colleges on a single platform.

Utilizing Campus Management’s Talisma CRM software, CollegeAmerica aims to improve enrollment, through highly tailored electronic and printed marketing and communications, based on each student’s individual preferences. As part of the CampusVue Ecosystem, Talisma can be connected across the organization’s infrastructure, to enhance online interaction among students, faculty, and staff, and improve reporting for better decision-making.

“CollegeAmerica Services considered multiple vendors in the selection process. However, there was no other platform or comprehensive suite of products that met our needs better than the CampusVue Ecosystem,” says Eric Juhlin, CEO of CollegeAmerica Services. “Campus Management worked tirelessly to understand our challenges and provided a solution that met our functional and technological requirements, while simultaneously enhancing our ability to manage multiple campuses, multiple programs, multiple brands, and multiple delivery formats from a single, unified database.

In the end, Campus Management’s customer focus, industry experience, and culture of innovation made them the right fit for CollegeAmerica. We believe that this partnership will better position CollegeAmerica Services to execute our strategic objectives and continue to deliver high-value career education to our students.”

“CollegeAmerica is a complex enterprise – multiple institutions with multiple campuses, both online and on-ground, serving students across several states,” said Sean Ryan, senior vice president for Campus Management. “Our shared mission is to unify the CollegeAmerica infrastructure, automate predictable processes and provide to faculty, students, staff and recruits access to timely and accurate data that is relevant to their individual goals.”
