I have never read more biased, one sided reporting as is this report, if we can call it as such. It would be better to call this "newspaper" as Azeri Post instead. There is neither a $500 000 government bounty, nor any Armenian threat for retaliation. This is pure Azeri fiction that willing participants, such as you, bye it hook line and sinker.

As for the other lie about Varoujan Grabedian’s extradition to Armenia in 2001, uttered by no less than the President of Azerbaijan, one would think a true reporter would check the facts before giving credence to such lies. Garabedian served 18 years in jail in France, was pardoned by the French authorities, not Armenian, and was never pardoned by the Armenian government, unlike the killer Safarov who not only was pardoned the minute he stepped on Azeris soil, but was promoted to a major in the army, paid back wages for 8 years and given an apartment, plus named as national hero. How disgusting is this.

Why, one would ask, that you chose not to even bother mentioning the condemnation of this act by Azerbaijan by the European Parliament, the International Red Cross, the OSCE, NATO, the US President, and the UN ??? How fair an assessment can a reader get without reading about the outrage displayed by all major international organizations ???

You really should consider changing your name to Azerbaijan-Post, since you are acting as their mouthpiece, openly and crudely, I may add.
