Following the same pattern as the series’ debut, Diamond Comics and retailers around the country are now sold out of the critically acclaimed second issue of Hellboy in Hell.

In response, Dark Horse is reprinting the second issue. The reprint is available for reorder now, with an on-sale date of February 6, the same week Hellboy in Hell #3 goes on sale.

After saving the world in The Storm and The Fury, but sacrificing himself and Great Britain, Hellboy is dead, cast into Hell, where he finds many familiar faces, and a throne that awaits him. After several years away, Mike Mignola returns to both write and draw Hellboy’s ongoing story. It’s a tale only Mignola could tell, as more of Hellboy’s secrets are at last revealed, in the most bizarre depiction of Hell you’ve ever seen.

Praise for Hellboy in Hell #2:

“Mignola is challenging us. He is educating us. Hellboy in Hell is the kind of comic that makes you smarter after you read it.”—Comics Bulletin

“Hellboy’s tour through the underworld is enlightening and atmospheric. This issue is about the story as much as it is about how to tell it. Hellboy in Hell is shaping up to be something not soon forgotten by readers.”—Comic Book Resources

“Mignola’s artwork brings the story to life in stunning detail, with his minimalist linework and his bold, heavy blacks. Every page is a joy to behold.”—Newsarama

“Whether you’re looking for a comic that stimulates your entire brain or just a fun, spooky diversion, Hellboy in Hell is what you want. Put this on your ‘must have’ list immediately.”—IGN

“This book is already turning heads and it’s only on its second issue. The story will no doubt increase in pace and scope as we journey alongside Hellboy through Hell.”—Bloody Disgusting

Additionally, the second printing of Hellboy in Hell #1 will be arriving in stores on January 30.
