Dallas, U.S.A – On October 2, 2012 Consumer electronics manufacturer Sakar International announced it has secured an exclusive licensing partnership with King Features Syndicate to produce a new line of Betty Boop character-themed mobile device cases, sleeves, skins, accessories and electronics.

As the worldwide exclusive licensing agent for Betty Boop, King Features works closely with proprietor Fleischer Studios to keep Betty entertaining millions of fans and collectors. Sakar made the announcement at the annual Toy Industry Association’s Fall Toy Preview, which runs October 2-4 at the Dallas Market Center/World Trade Center.

Combining Sakar’s legendary attention to detail and design with Betty’s adorable, sassy attitude, the new products are expected to add an element of fun, flirtatious style to a wide range of cases, sleeves and skins for virtually any portable device, including still and video cameras, headphones/earbuds, iPad and other tablet devices, iPhone and iPod, laptops and netbooks, cell phones and Nintendo DS gaming units.

The new line will also include Betty Boop clock radios available with or without iPod docking stations, as well as speakers and USB Flash drives for all portable devices and computers to add Betty’s iconic style to any desktop.
