“Hope for the Hopeless” is not just a name of one of Brett Dennen’s Albums, but it has always been a message from this Loverboy to the whole world.

Brett was born October 28, 1979. A 33 year old musician with an extra-ordinary vision, Brett has recorded four studio albums. Each album was better than the other lyrically or musically. Brett is from northern California, his music is influenced by folk music.

Brett tends to have very meaningful lyrics in most of his songs and it is what makes his music special; songs such as “Ain’t No Reason” or “Make You Crazy” from the  albums “So Much More” and “Hope For The Hopeless,” respectively, both raise awareness of two different issues faced by a society that is too blind to see it, though Brett is smart enough to make them hear it instead.

The successful track “Ain’t No Reason” features a very important issue that most of us forgot about, which is “others.” People love themselves, forgetting about others. In the official music video of this song , It visualizes how we simply are not able to see but able to forget other’s suffering only because we have what we need. But at least Brett did not forget and he sure helped the world remember with this song.

As for the song “Make you Crazy:” forget how musically groovy it is, its story and meanings will sure make you crazy. Brett sings about how this generation is locked up in its own prison and how freedom is no longer seen by the people, whether the reason is being stuck in an office or working as a slave for an evil boss. It sure makes Brett, and whoever opens their eyes, mad.

In an interview with Billboard Magazine, Brett sings a song called “Heaven” and talks about how people from different religions look forward to the after life. But Brett’s opinion, if one is looking to the after life, is to have a better condition to live in than the one they have on Earth. Then, why won’t they try and create these better  conditions in this world that we live in.

There are more than 50 tracks for Brett Dennen, an article like this won’t be enough to explain enough about how much love this artist and his music has for the world, so much love that has changed the point of view of life for many.

One of the most common things to talk about when mentioning Brett is how his voice and how his looks don’t match, as weird as it sounds. Try to listen to Brett before seeing one of his pictures. His unique voice will never give you a hint that he looks like a 16 year old boy; for Brett, if you have so much love there is no reason to grow old.

One would hope that Brett continues his message through his music and inspire others to continue find hope for the hopeless.

Hollywood, U.S.A. – After being nominated in four categories by the Indie Music Channel awards (Best Pop Artist of the Year, Best female Pop Artist, Best Teen Song of the Year, Best Pop Song of the Year) which took place at the famed House of Blues in Hollywood, California. Brooklyn Haley took home the coveted Best Teen Song of the Year Award for 2012, on her hit song “Boomerang”

Brooklyn was most recently featured on Billboard Magazine’s Spotlight On, and has been rapidly gaining momentum with her hot single “Crash” and her most recent single “Boomerang”. The video for “Crash” was one of the top most viewed videos according to Kidz Bop, after Brooklyn was featured on many prestigious teen magazines. The video continues to make headlines by gracing the Music Homepage of AOL and Music Choice.

The talented 16 year old singer/ songwriter originally from Academy Texas also co-wrote and recorded five original songs with Grammy Award winning producer Alex Cantrall and Jeff Hoeppner of Radio Nation, best known for the hit song, Jo-Jo’s “Leave (Get Out),” Beyonce’s “Sweetdreams,” and the work they’ve done for Pink, Justin Timberlake and Kelly Clarkson. Of these five songs, Brooklyn’s hit song, “Record n Rock,” was featured in the multi-console video game, “Dance Wars” and “Boomerang” was featured on several episodes of 90210.

Brooklyn will be impacting national radio this summer with her multi city tour, National Television and Magazine Coverage, and her involvement with the anti-bullying campaign “No Bully Tour” which has featured a mixture of Radio Disney and Nickelodeon stars hoping to send a strong anti-bullying message to teens.

This cause in particular is important to Brooklyn because she herself was bullied as a young girl. “Although I was always a friendly person, I found myself bullied and ridiculed at times. I’ve seen this breakdown a lot of spirits and self esteems, I was very happy to be a voice for anti-bullying,” she says enthused. Her incredible performances and participation has led Brooklyn to features on Major networks such as CBS, NBC, and ABC.
