Washington, U.S.A. — Jacob York Presents, one of the nation’s premier nightlife brands, recently announced their celebrity line-up for the 2012 Howard University Homecoming festivities. Geared to be one of the biggest weekends to hit the DC area, guest appearances will include hip-hop heavyweights Diddy, T.I., Gucci Mane and Model/Actress Sheneka Adams.

Themed as “Legendary: The Essence of Icons,” the 2012 Howard University Homecoming nightlife events will not fall short of expectations. Jacob York Presents will kick-off the weekend with Gucci Mane’s mixtape release party hosted by model/actress Sheneka Adams. Superstar and Howard University graduate Diddy will return to celebrate his 20th anniversary by hosting the official yard fest after party on Friday, October 19 at Ibiza Nightclub. Grand Hustle’s King, T.I., will close out the weekend on Saturday, October 20 with a special appearance at Fur Nightclub.

Ultra Premium Vodka and Sean “Diddy” Combs AKA PDiddy roll big and hit the jackpot with a fresh new ad campaign that takes audiences on a first-person journey into a special night out in Sin City to the tune of Frank Sinatra’s iconic “Luck Be a Lady”.

The new ad campaign – also titled “Luck Be a Lady” – is directed by world-renowned commercial visionary, Anthony Mandler, and debuted on December 14^th. The spot features Sean “Diddy” Combs AKA PDiddy and a cast of up-and-coming artists representing the future of Hollywood.  Together, they will bring to life the art of celebration — the dapper lifestyle of the Rat Pack – that CIROC embodies in a contemporary-yet-classic way. The commercial will run on stations such as ESPN, E!, Bravo, TBS, VH1, and Comedy Central.

“Frank Sinatra made some of the most iconic records of our time; it is truly an honor to use his music again for this campaign,” said Combs. “The Rat Pack defined the art of celebrating in style. I cannot imagine a Spirit more suitable for commemorating life with family and friends than CIROC; a brand that has become synonymous with celebratory occasions.”

Shot in Las Vegas in late October, the ad also stars Chad Michael Murray of One Tree Hill, Michael K. Williams of Boardwalk Empire, Jesse Williams of Grey’s Anatomy, Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul, Vegas headliner Matt Goss, super model Lisa Seiffert , and other notable stars. Beginning this week, fans are invited to view an extended version of the commercial, youtube.com/ciroc, and experience celebrating in style with Diddy’s modern day Rat Pack.

During the holiday season, a new 30 second version of the campaign will be released which focuses on one of the most important components of celebration – safety.  In addition, CIROC will partner with a handful of reality television’s favorite housewives, further igniting the brand’s social responsibility platform with the execution of the fourth annual CIROC Safe Rides Program. Pre-paid debit and metro cards will be distributed to consumers across the country on New Year’s Eve, ensuring consumers enjoy a safe ending to their holiday celebrations.

Bad Boy Records proudly announced recently the signing of hip-hop street sensation French Montana. After much speculation and buzz about where the Bronx rapper would call home, Montana has officially joined the Bad Boy/Interscope Records family.

The highly anticipated announcement came during Bad Boy Records’ takeover of BET’s “106 & Park” where French appeared with his new label mates: Red Cafe, Cassie, and MGK. In addition, Montana premiered the powerful video for “Shot Caller” featuring Charlie Rock, which was directed by French Montana and Morocco Vaughn.

The single, which has been exploding on radio across the country, was produced by Harry Fraud and co-produced by Montana. Said Montana: “Signing with Bad Boy was more than just taking the best deal.  I wanted to do this for New York rap, and who better than Diddy to help me bring New York rap back.”

“When I saw what French Montana was doing, I knew we had to sign him. He is a gifted and special artist that continues to push the New York sound that I started Bad Boy on. It was only right we made the deal happen here,” said Diddy.

French is currently in the studio working on a new mix tape and finishing work on his upcoming Bad Boy/Interscope album debut ”Excuse My French”, scheduled for release in summer 2012.
