Wroclaw, Poland — Tequila Mobile, makers of Fantasy Kingdom Defense HD, released a teaser trailer for their upcoming free-to-play social game. BattleFriends at Sea is a cross-platform, asynchronous multiplayer game of naval battle. Users deploy their ships and take turns shooting at each other, collecting experience to unlock progressively more prestigious ranks: from a lowly Recruit to distinguished Admiral.

Successful mobile app publisher, Focus Multimedia, has announced a charming and unique new action-puzzle game, Squashies World, for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Developed by award-winning studio The Game Creators, Squashies World asks players to rescue the stranded Squashies – a collection of cute, cool and colourful characters – after their world is turned upside down by a tornado.

The Squashies are desperate to return to the world where they live. Players must work out how to save the Squashies by squashing together characters of the same type until there are none left in the level. Espoo, Finland – Rovio Entertainment, the creators of Angry Birds, announced their newest game on September 4, 2012, Bad Piggies, launching September 27 for iOS, Android and Mac. This innovative game turns the franchise on its head by letting the fans play as the pigs – with all new, never-before-seen gameplay – and not a slingshot in sight.

Revolution Software unveils the first details of the latest game in the phenomenal Broken Sword series – and invites fans to join the adventure from the very beginning by supporting the project through the Kickstarter crowd-funding site.

Broken Sword: The Serpent’s Curse will be the fifth title in the much-loved series, reuniting George Stobbart and Nico Collard for their most explosive adventure yet.
