The Toonari Post - News, Powered by the People!

California, U.S.A. – The United States’ growing Hispanic population is now more than 50 million, and this shift in demographics has a profound effect on how companies conduct business today. In order to meet the demands of an evolving business landscape, The National Hispanic University is introducing its newest entirely online degree program: Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. The program helps students develop the general business skills and knowledge they need to compete, succeed and stay relevant in today’s domestic and global marketplaces as well as places a special focus on the rapid growth of the U.S. Latino population.

“Latinos are impacting every aspect of the national landscape, including business. From the rise in Hispanic business owners to the increase in Latino-centric marketing and product development, this changing dynamic has a significant influence on the economy, society and our workforce,” said Dr. David P. Lopez, president of The National Hispanic University. “Our new online business administration degree prepares Hispanics and others working in multicultural communities with the essential knowledge, real-world skills and competitive advantage they need to become business leaders and managers in this new world of business.”

The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration program, taught entirely in English, offers four concentrations designed to complement specific career goals and interests—General Management, Human Resource Management, International Business and Marketing—and focuses on the importance of culture and language as distinct advantages in today’s business environment.

This program joins several other university programs that are offered entirely online, including the Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Teaching and Learning and Bachelor of Arts in Child Development with a concentration in Early Billiteracy Development of Early Intervention The National Hispanic University’s online programs provide access to quality higher education for Hispanics and others serving diverse communities.
